Notice is hereby given of the

4th SAA Annual General Meeting

to be held at 11:00 am AEST on Wednesday, 25 August 2021. 

The meeting will be held virtually.

  4. Minutes from previous Annual General Meeting
  5. To receive and consider a Report from the National Committee
  6. To receive and consider the Statement of Financial Position and the Statement of Comprehensive Income for the year ended 30 June 2021 
  7. To confirm the National Committee for the new membership term
  8. To authorise the Chairman to approve and the National Committee to note the minutes of this meeting
  9. Any other business

The vast majority of the current National Committee are nominating to continue on the board – we are excited by the growth of the Association, our various lobbying efforts for the post-pandemic sector recovery and the launch of the NPAS. 

However, nominations to join the National Committee are welcome from the nominated representatives of Executive Members. Nominations must be delivered to the Secretary by 5pm, 13th August 2021 - failing which they will be invalid.  A nomination form can be obtained from the Secretary by emailing secretary@studentaccassoc.com.au.

Proxies

A member may appoint a proxy, should the nominated representative of an Executive Member not be able to attend by requesting a proxy from from the Secretary not less than one working day prior to the Annual General Meeting.
