2022 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the
5th SAA Annual General Meeting
to be held at 11:30am ACST on Thursday, 25 August 2022 
Topaz Room - Mayfair Hotel, 45 King William St, Adelaide SA 5000
(and virtually via Zoom).

The Meeting provides SAA Members with an opportunity to participate in the discussion about the strategic direction of the association in 2022/23. At this meeting you'll also have the opportunity to meet the new Executive Committee Members and review the Treasurers report. 

We welcome all SAA financial members to join us at personally at Mayfair Hotel or remotely via video conference. Zoom event details will be sent to online attendees the day prior to the meeting.

5. To receive and consider a Report from the National Committee
6. To receive and consider the Statement of Financial Position and the Statement of Comprehensive Income for the year ended 30 June 2022 
7. To confirm the National Committee for the new membership term
8. To authorise the Chairman to approve and the National Committee to note the minutes of this meeting
9. Any other business

We also wish to advise that we have one vacant position on the board. Therefore, nominated representatives of Executive Members are given the opportunity to nominate for the vacant position prior to the AGM.

Proxies

A member may appoint a proxy, should the nominated representative of an Executive Member not be able to attend by requesting a proxy from from the Secretary not less than one working day prior to the Annual General Meeting.
