Commonwealth Government reforms are compelling education providers to proactively engage with the student accommodation sector to build student accommodation capacity to support future enrolments while embedding safety rails for students through the implementation of the National Code.
The Student Accommodation Association brings education and student accommodation providers together to promote the value and quality of accommodation for the exclusive use of students. A safe place in which universities and student accommodation providers can engage, collaborate and build partnerships to respond to the recent government reforms.
The National Property Accreditation Scheme (NPAS) offers an established quality assessment tool for the student accommodation sector in Australia and a prerequisite for universities to adopt when looking to identify quality student accommodation partners to support their campus communities.
The webinar brings together university representatives and leading student accommodation operators to discuss best practice university–student accommodation provider partnerships and to discuss the role of the National Property Accreditation Scheme (NPAS) as a partnership enabler.
